Hey Homies! I'm looking for artists or products to be sold at Homegirl! Do you or anyone you know make something unique they would like to sell? If you are interested, please submit digital photos of your work along with wholesale pricing to firstname.lastname@example.org. I'm so excited to see what you got!!!
yes, it is true, this is my real office (not the very pretty one posted previously) and this is where it all happens here at Homegirl, THE LAUNDRY ROOM!!! At least I have a cool office sign and and Dos (my cat, pictured) is a "staffer" in charge of quality control, specializing in comfort! The pillows, pins and t-shirts will be on sale at the next HG barn sale on Oct 10th. More posts about shirts, Dos and sale to come!!!

I love the combination of black and white - and I love it as the opportunity to incorporate the color of my choice! F. John Kluth, an artisit from Kent, Ohio, (F. John Kluth Gallery) is the artist who created the super cool black and white hanging canvases seen here at my barn and at the Country Living Fair as the backdrop for my tent (picture from www.bloomsburyloft.blogspot.com). John's work on canvas is also sold in various sizes that can be found at Homegirl.
Jean Sukys - my good friend, who has been with Homegirl since the inception, can bring back life to just about anything! She is the master of reinvention and painted and recovered this chair in the home of Laura Naples that is pictured on www.orangebeautiful.com/blog and http://www.decor8.com/ (picture by Laura Naples). I love the way Jean uses black and white fabrics and she is so creative!!! If anyone recalls, she had one of my favorite Homegirl finds - a zebra chair that was just too cool!

The Country Living Fair rocked for Homegirl! THANK YOU ALL who came and visited (and shopped) with us! It was so much fun and we enjoyed meeting so many new people from all over the country! I will be making more posts from the fair, but wanted to share with you some of my favorite photos - there are lots! Sarah Gray Miller (editor-in-chief of CL) is holding the "Greetings from Columbus" postcard and this was a highlight for me. Another highlight was, Barbara (CL photo editor) bought my beloved ceramic sheep dog! CL staff was awesome as well as the other vendors we got to know! I want to personally thank my wonderful husband, Brian (pictured), one of my best friends, Amanda (pictured) for ALL of their help and Jay (Amanda's husband) for making the excellent Homegirl photo board! I never could have done this without the support of my family and my friends!!!

We've also set up our own Homegirl channel on YouTube where you can see all our videos in one place, plus some favorite videos and related content: http://www.youtube.com/homegirlshop

My daughter, Edie drew this picture of me and her for me to take to the Country Living Fair. My family really does make me feel on top of the world and I could not be more fortunate that I have such great support. My husband and my girls are are amazing! Lila and Edie have also been wearing the Homegirl tees to school each day. It is like we are preparing for "game" day here at the Bishop household.

Wendy Planicka from Two Stars has made these darling doll garlands especially for Homegirl which will be for sale at the Country Living Fair and at our October sale. There is also an assortment of single girl dolls (all with sweet names) that are so fun to look through and find your favorite personality. They make great gifts for little and BIG girls. This garland looks so cute hanging across a window!

The picture above is my friend, Amanda's family room where "orange beauty" hangs which was created by Michelle. We have made bottle cap flowers to display in our garden at home and our booth at the country living fair will have some of these flowers for sale - made by Amanda! The second picture is her crafting tent where she is constucting them! If you would like to learn more about Michelle, check out her website at www.artgrange.com.
